Due to the excessive heat and the practice schedule this week, the Coaching Staff has decided to let you run on your own this evening when it cools off. You should start your run around 6 pm to allow for enough time to run before it gets dark. You should run between 3 and 5 miles at an easy pace.

DISCIPLINE AND ACCOUNTABILITY. Do not take advantage of this situation as a day off. You need this recovery run to maintain a good training schedule and for you to be prepared to complete tomorrow's practice successfully.
